pixnut.com is operated by Pixnut Media Private Limited, based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Pixnut is the brand name the company works under. Where these terms say "we" or "the studio", they mean Pixnut Media Private Limited.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
You are welcome to use this website to learn about the studio, look at the work, download the studio profile and get in touch. That includes ordinary lawful use by search engines, accessibility tools, screen readers and assistive technology, none of which we restrict.
The site describes what the studio does and shows a selection of work. It is written to inform, not to form a contract, and it may change as the studio's work changes. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a guarantee of a particular result.
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not promise that every page is complete or free of error at every moment.
The design of this website, its code, its copy, its photography and illustration, the Pixnut name and marks, and the studio's own properties including Gulsabi and its characters and world, belong to Pixnut Media Private Limited or are used by us with permission.
You may read the site, share links to it, and quote briefly from it with attribution. You may not copy the design, reuse the assets, or reproduce the studio's original properties in your own material without written permission.
The work shown on this site was made for clients. Their names, logos, trademarks, product imagery and campaign material remain the property of those companies, and appear here to illustrate what the studio has done rather than to claim any right in them. Nothing on this site transfers, licenses or asserts ownership of anyone else's brand.
Ownership of work produced for a client, and the rights each side holds in it, are set by the agreement for that engagement, not by this page.
This site links to places we do not run, including gulsabi.com and the personal site of the studio's founder. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other side of it, and we are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of a site we do not operate.
We would like the site to be available all the time and we work to keep it that way, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of a fault or an event outside our control. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.

Reading this site, downloading the studio profile or sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship and does not commit either side to anything. A project begins when scope, cost and terms have been agreed in writing.
Actual work is governed by the documents agreed for it, which may include a proposal, a quotation, a statement of work, a purchase order, a contract, or agreed invoice and payment terms. Where any of those conflicts with this page, the signed or mutually accepted document for that engagement governs the engagement.
The site is provided for information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on something you read on it.
Nothing here limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability arising under a separate agreement between us. If you are working with the studio, liability for that work is dealt with in the agreement for it and not on this page.

The company is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, and the courts there are the natural forum for a dispute about this website. Where a separate agreement between us specifies a jurisdiction for a particular engagement, that agreement governs that engagement.
These terms may be updated as the site and the studio change. The current version always lives at this address, and the date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
