About Pixnut
What is Pixnut?
Pixnut is a creative studio working across brand, marketing and original IP. We build brand identities, run campaigns, produce creative work with AI assistance, and develop our own characters and worlds. The studio is operated by Pixnut Media Private Limited.
What is Pixnut Media Private Limited?
Pixnut Media Private Limited is the company behind the Pixnut brand. It is the legal entity you contract with, invoice and correspond with. Pixnut is the name the studio works under.
Where is Pixnut based?
The studio is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Does Pixnut work with clients outside Bangalore?
Yes. The work is briefed, reviewed and delivered remotely, so location is rarely the deciding factor. Write to hello@pixnut.com and tell us where you are and what you are building.
Is Gulsabi a Pixnut property?
Yes. Gulsabi is an original character and world created by the studio, built for children aged three to eight around curiosity, stories, games and early learning. It is our own IP rather than client work.
Services
What does Pixnut actually do?
Four practices, run by one studio: Brand and Identity, Marketing and Campaigns, AI Creative and Original IP. Most projects draw on more than one of them.
What branding work does Pixnut take on?
Brand strategy, positioning, naming, visual identity, verbal identity, brand guidelines and launch direction. The aim is a brand that holds together after the launch, not a logo on its own.
Does Pixnut run campaigns?
Yes. Campaign concepts, creative direction, content systems, social and launch campaigns, digital communication, brand films, and ongoing creative support for teams that need a steady output rather than a single burst.
How does Pixnut use AI in creative work?
For range, not for judgment. AI lets us prototype concepts, hold a character consistent across frames, adapt content and support video and voice production, so we can try twenty directions where we used to try three. What ships is still chosen by a person.
Does Pixnut build websites?
Websites are part of the work we deliver inside brand and campaign engagements. Several of the projects in our selected work included the site alongside the identity. We are a creative studio rather than a software development company, so a website is scoped as part of a brand engagement rather than sold on its own.
Can Pixnut develop original characters and worlds?
Yes, and we do it for ourselves as well as for clients. Character development, world building, story development, animation concepts, educational properties, games, books, physical products and licensing-ready systems. Gulsabi is the studio's own example of that practice.
Can Pixnut handle a project end to end?
Yes. Strategy, identity, campaign and production sit in the same studio, so a project can run from the first positioning conversation through to the launch assets without being handed between agencies.
Working with Pixnut
How do I start a project with Pixnut?
Email hello@pixnut.com, message the studio on WhatsApp at +91 99958 87877, or use the contact section on the homepage. We reply, ask what we still need to know, and follow up with a proposal.
What should I include in a first enquiry?
What the company does, what you are trying to change, roughly when you need it, and any budget range you already have in mind. Anything you have already made, such as an existing identity or a deck, helps us answer properly rather than generally.
How are project costs decided?
By scope. Cost follows what the work involves, how much of it there is, how long it runs, and what has to be bought from outside the studio, such as media, production or licensed assets. You receive a written proposal or quotation before anything begins.
Does Pixnut work on retainers as well as one-off projects?
Both. Some engagements are a defined project with a start and an end, such as an identity or a launch. Others are ongoing creative support on a continuing basis. The engagement type is agreed in the proposal.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope, and we put an indicative timeline in the proposal rather than quoting a standard turnaround. Timelines also depend on how quickly feedback and approvals come back, which is why review points are agreed at the start.
Can the scope change after work has started?
Yes, and it often does. Changes that go beyond what was agreed are confirmed in writing, with any effect on cost and timeline, before that work is taken up.
Who owns the work Pixnut produces?
Ownership and usage rights for client work are set out in the applicable proposal, statement of work or contract for that engagement. Pixnut's own material, including this website and studio-owned properties such as Gulsabi, remains with Pixnut Media Private Limited. See the Terms and Conditions.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
How does Pixnut take payment?
Through invoices raised against an accepted proposal, quotation or statement of work. This website does not take payments and has no checkout.
What happens if a project is cancelled?
Work already carried out, time already committed and money already spent with third parties remain payable, and anything genuinely unearned is returned. The details for a given project follow the agreement signed for it. The Cancellation and Refund Policy sets out the principles in full.
Are advance payments refundable?
It depends on what the advance has already been used for. There is no blanket rule in either direction: we do not treat every payment as automatically non-refundable, and we do not promise a refund of amounts already spent on delivered work or committed to outside vendors.
Privacy and your information
What happens to the information I send through this website?
This website has no forms. Enquiries reach us as email, and we use what you send to reply and to take the conversation forward. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a marketing list because you wrote to us. The Privacy Policy sets out the detail.
Does this website track me?
No. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising trackers and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. Cloudflare, which serves the site, counts page views for us, and it does that without setting anything on your device or creating any identifier. The Cookie Policy lists the one value the site stores and what it is for.
How do I ask for my information to be corrected or deleted?
Write to hello@pixnut.com saying what you want done. The steps, and what happens if you are not satisfied with the outcome, are on the Grievance Redressal page.
How do I raise a complaint?
Send it to hello@pixnut.com with enough detail for us to look into it. The Grievance Redressal page explains what to include and what happens next.
