Partner with Pixnut

Partner with Pixnut: brand and website production for agencies.

For marketing agencies without an in-house brand or web design team. Your client relationship, your name on the work if you want it, and a studio behind you for strategy, identity and websites.

In short

The studio behind your agency.

Many marketing agencies run campaigns, media and social well, and send their clients elsewhere when the brand itself needs work. Pixnut can sit behind your agency instead: we deliver brand strategy, identity systems and websites under your name, to your brief and your client's timeline, and you keep the relationship.

It is the same work we do for our own clients, with the same standards: strategy before design, one system across every touchpoint, and websites built to be found.

Who it is for

Agencies that want the capability without the hire.

  • Marketing and media agencies

Teams that run campaigns and channels and need brand and web production when a client asks for it.

  • Growth and performance agencies

Agencies whose results depend on a client's website and brand, and who want both done properly.

  • Consultancies

Strategy and business consultancies whose recommendations end in a rebrand or a new website.

How it works

Your client, our studio, one agreement.

  • You own the relationship

You brief us, present to your client and keep the account. We can join client calls as part of your team, or stay entirely behind you.

  • Scoped per project

Each piece of work is scoped and priced in writing before it starts, so you can quote your client with confidence.

  • Stages and reviews

The work runs in stages with a review at each, and every decision is written down, so you always know what to show your client and when.

  • Files you can use

Final files, guidelines and website handover in the form your client needs, ready for you to deliver.

Confidentiality

Agreed in writing, at the start.

Before any work begins, we agree in writing who speaks to the client, whose name is on the work, and whether it may ever be shown publicly. Confidentiality, including whether and when the work may be shown, is set out in the agreement for the project.

We do not contact your clients directly unless you ask us to.

Time zones

Your morning, or your afternoon.

The studio is in Bengaluru. For agencies in the Gulf, the UK and Europe, Singapore and Australia, our working day overlaps with yours, and the work is managed through a shared board and written decisions so nothing waits for a call.

How to start

Three steps to the first project.

  1. A first call

Thirty minutes to understand your agency, your clients and the kind of work you need.

  2. A pilot brief

One real project, scoped and priced in writing, so you can judge the work and the way we run it.

  3. A working arrangement

If the pilot works for you, we agree how future briefs, confidentiality and credits will run.

Questions

What agencies ask.

Can the work go out under our agency's name?

Yes, if that is what we agree. Whose name is on the work, and whether Pixnut may ever show it, are set in writing before the project starts.

Will you talk to our client?

Only if you want us to. We can join calls as part of your team, or work entirely through you.

How is pricing set?

Per project, in a written proposal, from the scope you brief. That lets you quote your client before any work begins.

Who owns the work?

Ownership and usage rights are set in the agreement for each project, so it is clear what passes to you and to your client.

Can you work in our time zone?

The studio's call hours overlap with most of the working world; the work itself runs on a shared board and written decisions. See working with Pixnut from anywhere.

What work have you done?
