Grievance Redressal
If something has gone wrong, or you want to exercise a right over your personal information, this page tells you exactly where to send it and what happens next. One address handles all of it, and it reaches the studio directly rather than a queue.
Who is responsible
Pixnut Media Private Limited, Bangalore, Karnataka, India, operating under the brand name Pixnut, is responsible for this website and for the personal information described in the Privacy Policy.
Grievances and data requests are received and handled at hello@pixnut.com. The company has not appointed a separate named grievance officer, and is not required to. Anything sent to that address reaches the people who can act on it.
What you can raise here
- Privacy and data requests. Access to what we hold about you, correction, completion, erasure, or withdrawal of consent.
- Privacy concerns. Anything about how your information has been handled.
- Service complaints. A concern about work the studio has carried out or is carrying out for you.
- Billing concerns. Questions or disputes about an invoice, a payment or a refund.
- Website complaints. Something on this site that is wrong, broken, inaccessible or should not be published.
- Legal and compliance concerns, including a claim that content on this site infringes someone's rights.
What to include
The more of this you give us, the faster it moves:
- your name and an email address we can reply to;
- what the grievance is about, in your own words;
- when it happened, and any dates that matter;
- the project, invoice number or page address it relates to, if it relates to one;
- any earlier correspondence about it;
- what outcome you are looking for;
- for a data request, enough for us to find the right records, such as the email address you wrote to us from.
We may come back with a question if we need to confirm who you are or cannot locate what you are referring to. We will not use that as a way of slowing the request down.
What happens next
- We acknowledge it. You get a reply confirming we have it and a reference for the matter.
- We look into it. We check the records, speak to whoever was involved, and come back to you if we need anything more.
- We respond. You get our finding, what we are doing about it, and why.
- We follow up. Where we have said we will do something, we tell you when it is done. If you disagree with the outcome, say so on the same thread and it is looked at again.
We work through grievances promptly and in the order they arrive, and where the law sets a period for responding to a particular kind of request, we work within that period. We would rather commit to that than publish a turnaround time we have not tested.
If you are still not satisfied
Tell us. Reply on the same thread saying why the outcome does not work, and the matter is reviewed again.
For a complaint about personal information that we have not resolved to your satisfaction, you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Raising it with us first is not a bar to doing so.
