Pixnut Labs · Original characters, whole worlds
Properties designed to outlive a single campaign, with stories that can grow into shows, games and products.

Gulsabi, our own property
Gulsabi is a character-led learning world for children aged 3 to 8: written, designed, animated and built in house.
The everyday Gulsabi children learn alongside. Front, side and back, so every animator and illustrator draws the same character.

The same character in costume, for adventures. One character, two modes, one set of rules.

For clients
Personalities, rules and turnarounds that hold up across formats and illustrators.
The world first, so stories, games and products all have somewhere to come from.
Characters a brand owns and can grow, beyond its logo.
Animation, games, books and products from one property, with guidelines partners can follow.
Who it is for
Original IP work suits anyone with an idea that should outlive a single campaign.
A guide or mascot your customers can know by name, with rules strong enough to survive many illustrators and many formats.
Learning products and children’s brands that need a world children want to come back to, built for a defined age group.
An idea for a show, a game or a book that needs its world, its cast and its rules before anyone pitches or produces it.
Teams who need turnarounds and guidelines so that new work stays true to the original.
Signs you need it
Most properties stall for the same reason: the idea is strong, and nothing written down holds it together.
How it runs
Each stage ends with a decision you make, so the property grows on purpose rather than by accident.
Who the property is for, what it is about and why someone would come back to it. For a children’s property, the age group comes first.
Personalities, relationships and visual design, with front, side and back turnarounds, as for Gulsabi in Buddy and Super modes.
The places, rules and tone that stories come from, so every new format has somewhere to start.
Which forms the property takes first, such as short videos, games, worksheets, books or products, and how each serves the premise.
The rules that let animators, game developers and licensing partners extend the property without breaking it.
What you receive
Scoped to the idea and where it needs to go first.

Proof, in our own property
In short
Original IP development covers character design and turnarounds, storyworlds, scripts and the guidelines that let animators, game developers and licensing partners extend a property without breaking it. Gulsabi is the studio’s own proof: one character, now running as videos, games and worksheets, with an AI Buddy concept in development.
Ownership
Gulsabi and Pixnut's other original properties belong to Pixnut. Working with us does not give a client rights in them. When we develop IP for a client, ownership and licensing are set by the agreement for that project, not by this page.
