Hospitality, stays and travel

Hospitality branding with one promise, from the roadside to the room key.

A guest meets a hospitality brand in a dozen places before they sleep there: a search result, a booking page, a sign by the road, a key card. We build the brand so all of them make the same promise.

In short

Guests choose a feeling before they choose a room.

Hospitality brands compete on photographs and prices on the same booking sites. What makes one stay memorable, and bookable directly, is a clear promise carried consistently: in the name, the identity, the voice, the website and every object a guest touches.

Pixnut builds hospitality brands as one system: positioning first, then the name and identity, the guidelines that keep them consistent, a campaign line people remember, and a website that carries it into booking.

Where guests meet the brand

Four moments, one promise.

  • Before they book

A search result, a booking platform, a social post shared by a friend. The name and the promise have to be clear in a thumbnail and a line.

  • On the way

Signage, directions and the first sight of the place. This is where an identity drawn only for screens falls apart.

  • During the stay

The key card, the stationery, the mug in the room. Small objects that tell a guest the brand was thought through.

  • After they leave

The photographs they post and the place they recommend. A distinctive brand is easier to remember, and easier to find again directly.

Booking direct

A guest who remembers the name can find you again.

Booking platforms are where many guests discover a stay, and they show every property in the same frame. What brings a guest back to you directly is a name they remember and a website that feels like the place: the same promise, the same voice and the same care they met in person.

So we design the website as part of the brand, not as an afterthought: built for phones, quick to understand, and with the search foundations that help guests find it by name.

Who it is for

New stays, and established ones being renamed or reshaped.

  • New stays and property brands

A villa collection, a boutique hotel or a property-management business launching under a new name.

  • Operators adding properties

A brand that worked for one property and now has to hold together across several.

  • Travel and experience brands

Businesses that sell a journey or an experience, where the feeling is the product.

Signs it is time

When the brand is not carrying the stay.

  • Guests remember the view but not the name
  • Each property looks like a different business
  • Your booking site looks nothing like the place itself
  • Signage, stationery and social posts follow no shared rules
  • You rely on booking platforms because direct search does not find you
  • You are about to launch and nothing has a name yet

How it runs

From the promise to the key card.

  1. Understand the guest

Who stays, why they choose a place, and what the competing stays promise, so the brand claims something they do not.

  2. Define the promise

One idea the whole brand stands on, with the voice and messaging that express it.

  3. Name and identity

A name where one is needed, then the mark, colour, type and rules, drawn to work on a sign, a screen and a key card.

  4. Campaign and touchpoints

A line people remember, taken onto signage, stationery, social and the objects in the room.

  5. Website and launch

A website in the same voice, built for phones, with the search foundations that help guests find it directly.

Questions

What hospitality brands ask.

Can you name a new hotel or stay?

Yes. The name is developed from the positioning, checked for how it reads and sounds, and chosen with you. Legal clearance and trademark registration are a separate step, handled by your legal adviser.

We have several properties. Should each have its own brand?

It depends on how guests choose between them. Sometimes one brand with clear rules works best; sometimes each property needs its own name under a shared system. Deciding that is part of the strategy.

Do you design signage and in-room items?

We design the identity and its applications, from signage to stationery and key cards, and supply files and guidelines to your printers and fabricators.

Can you build the booking website?

We design and build hospitality websites in the brand's own voice. Where a booking engine is involved, we design around the one you use and agree the integration in the proposal.
